I have what can only be described as an ongoing, periodic relationship with Dr. Thomas and get staff. She has been our family physician for over two decades. I was a fairly “low maintenance” patient in the early years of our relationship. That has changed dramatically In the intervening years much to my consternation. I now have several other specialists and with that comes an additional duty. Someone has to play quarterback. The person who (and 1ring to bind them all). has to to put it all together, know the issues, treatments, the conflicts, side-effects and interactions of up to 19 prescriptions medications. A person who knows all of the other players, the play book and how to make it all come together come game day. I see Dr. Thomas every 30 days, no matter what in addition to my other medical appointments and tests. I look forward to these appointments as Dr. Thomas is extremely personable and takes the time needed to ensure that we are both up to date on my health. She reads the other doctors notes and lab/test results and integrates all of that mind-numbing info into an overall approach to keeping me as healthy as I can be. Dr. Thomas is the doctor who determined that I had cancer a few years ago. Without her I doubt that I could say that “I’m a cancer survivor”. I am immensely grateful to Dr. Thomas. She literally saved my life. Make an appointment! You won’t be sorry!
